Commercial and Industrial Design Guidelines

As an outcome of adopting the Inter-municipal Development Plan, the Town of Stettler and the County of Stettler No. 6 jointly developed the "Commercial and Industrial Design Guidelines" with assistance from Berry Architecture & Associates. This guideline applies to the Highway 12 and Highway 56 growth areas of the Town and the County as identified in the Inter-municipal Development Plan, and is proposed to be incorporated into the draft new Land Use Bylaw.
