   I think you should also build a Community Hall. The community needs another hall to hold large functions like weddings, as well as meeting space that is affordable and or free for community groups. The county is in a position to provide that. The community Hall could also be a potential asset in terms of gaining provincial funding for the whole building if it was attached.
