NOTICE OF DECISION

Notice is given that on February 24, 2022; RUTH FAST AND KENNETH FAST were issued a licence for the diversion of 625 cubic metres of groundwater per annum from a groundwater well at NW 32-034-16-W4 for the purpose of Commercial (Water Use for Market Garden). The groundwater well has a production interval of 15.2 metres – 16.7 metres.
