NOTICE OF DECISION

Notice is given that on March 14, 2022, MARC JONGERDEN HOLDINGS LTD. was issued a licence for the diversion of 2,250 cubic metres of groundwater per annum from a groundwater well at Plan 1425191, Block 1, Lot 1 in NW 33-038-20-W4 for the purpose of Commercial (Water use for Store, Petting Zoo and Market Garden). The groundwater well has a production interval of 33.5 metres to 46.0 metres.
