Section 70 (1) of the Municipal Government Act states if a municipality proposes to transfer or grant an estate or interest in land for less than its market value, the proposal must be advertised.
The County of Stettler No. 6 has received and accepted an offer for the purchase of the above parcel to be sold in the Hamlet of Botha for $12,000.00 plus G.S.T.
The current market value of Plan 0821859; Block 3; Lot 12 - $29,720
The County of Stettler No. 6 makes no representation and gives no warranty whatsoever as to the adequacy of service, soil conditions, land use districting, building and development conditions, absence or presence of environmental contamination, or the development ability of the subject lands for any intended use by the Purchaser.
