Interested applicants must:

1. Applicant must have successfully enrolled into a post-secondary institution in any year of studies.
2. The applicant may only receive the award once.
3. The applicant must be a resident of the County of Stettler No. 6.
4. The applicant must supply the Manager of Agricultural Services with:
   1. Proof of enrollment in a college or university.
   2. Proof of High School Diploma or eligibility.
   3. Two personal references of no relation to the applicant.
