The County of Stettler is accepting bids on the following lease lands:

These parcels are located south of the Village of Big Valley.
All bids are for a two (2) year period, ending at the end of 2026 grazing period.
All bids are subject to County Policy available at the County Office and at www.stettlercounty.ca.
Bids must contain: name, address, and telephone number of lessee, the legal description, Parcel Number, and annual bid amount for land desired.
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Lease Land” addressed to:
County of Stettler No. 6, 6602-44 Avenue, Box 1270 Stettler, Alberta T0C 2L0. Attention: Quinton Beaumont
Bids must be received by 4:00 p.m., March 22, 2024
Successful bids will be notified before April 19 2024.
First year payment is due on or before May 3, 2024.
Lessee is required to pay annual taxes.
Grazing period each year is July 1 to October 1.
Highest bid not necessarily accepted.
